If you are a parent of autistic child or child with learning disabilities and GI problems, don't waste your time seeing her. She is not interested in helping or even listening. Utterly hostile to anything integrative, but fails to give any answers from conventional point of view. Admits that there she sees many parents with the same questions and there is nothing she can do for them. Your child has undigested food in his stool? he/she eats too fast. Constipation, gas, diarrhea? so what? Worsening food allergies? Even if he/she has them what she can do about it? Brain-Gut connection? She doesn't believe in that. Behavior issues because of GI problems? Not her problem go and see a phycologist. Stool sample test from integrative doctor? She has no clue how to read it. If I could read it, I am sure this doctor should be able to do so. Genetic predisposition to GI problems? So what? I was stunned by her answers and complete lack of desire to help or even try to figure out the problem. I am… tired of going to the doctors and seeing absolute disinterest to help or to learn how to help. Don't see her. She is not interested in helping you.

Dr Gopalareddy diagnosed my daughter's GI infection within minutes, explained it to us, and prescribed the correct medication on the initial visit. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gopalareddy has been my child's G. I. Specialist for three now, treating him for symptoms that were so severe she made him Homebound from school at one point. Her bedside manner is always professional and compassionate, but more importantly she is knowledgable and respected by all the other doctors involved in my child's care. She and her staff are always courteous and kind.
