Dr. Varnell Gaines

I have been going back and forth to Dr.Gaines for one tooth for about a year they can never seem to get it right, this is on of the most unprofessional dentist that I have ever been to, they give u a appointment time but I have always ended up sitting in the waiting room for over a hour then when u finally make it to the back u have to wait for another hour while all these dr. Are just walking around doing nothing. When I called them and told them that my tooth came a loose in just 2 days they didn't even care and kept giving me the run around as if they were very unconcerned. Sometimes I've even had them to ask me what was I there for, something they should have already knew. I will never go back to that dentist again I have never seen so many unprofessional Dr. in my life until I start going to Dr.Gaines.

I've been to you guys on and off for years now. I came in today to have a tooth pulled and I honestly do not ever recall ever being treated so low in a professional in my entire life. I think the extraction was a little complicated and I totally understand that. But when I started to panic and cry out you told me to stop it? Never asked if I was ok or anything?? You walked out and never said a word. I cried until my shirt was wet and a younger person cane in an at least gave me a napkin. How do you run a professional business with no compassion?? I will 100% never come back to you and you honestly should be ashamed of the way you treated me!
