I believe Dr. Kishore has started using an AI app to write case notes and to code visits (incorrectly). I've been to my share of PCPs. I've had eczema and migraines for over a decade, both managed by common meds. Not ONCE has a PCP ever tried to 'convert' an annual physical into a more profitable diagnosis visit just because I answered that yes, I still have eczema and migraines, until I visited Dr. Kishore at Guthrie. No new diagnosis was made. This is shameful. To take a 15-minute visit, in which no new diagnosis was made, in which an unsolicited neurologist referral was made 'just in case', and to tack on as many codes as possible to maximize profits. The kicker: Guthrie billing, when telling me that it's coded as a diagnosis visit because I answered that I still had migraines: 'Next time, even if the doctor asks, don't mention your migraines, or else it will be a diagnosis visit.' The dishonesty...
