Dr. Vasanth Reddy Namireddy, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Namireddy since 1993. He is knowledgeable, kind, helpful and seems to really care. I love his office staff, too, especially Jayla who has been with him for decades. There is very little staff turnover. He keeps his practice intentionally small. It is just him and his medical assistants. There is never a question of having to see a new nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. You see the doctor at each visit and he takes his time with you. People tell me they have to wait over two weeks to see their PCP. I have never had to wait more than a day, and usually can get in on the same day I need to see Dr. Namireddy. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, either, as there is with doctors who double book appts. Also, he has been very generous and worked with me during periods where I didn't have insurance and had been laid off. He does not take my ACA plan currently, but I am happy to pay out of pocket for his expertise, professionalism and stellar… bedside manner. My husband and many of our friends and colleagues have switched to Dr. Namireddy per my recommendations.

Gave me a false diagnosis of diabetes, then prescribed me the wrong medicine. I found myself having better results diagnosing myself. When I questioned him about basic info regarding diabetes, blood pressure, etc, he just stared blankly at me and never answered. Seems like the classic case of tired old doctor simply pushing big pharma's products for free vacations and bonus money...

If you have any insurance problems or if you need a certain kind of medicine an insurance give you a problem he will fight for you. To get what you need he is so kind an Avery good doctor you cannot go wrong with this doctor he's the best he has been my mom an dad's doctor for years and when my mom was so sick before she died he did everything he could do he also helped me an my father thru it all if I could say all the good things about him it would take me all day.

This is a pitiful excuse for a doctor. For a doctor supposedly specializing in neurology, he was incapable of diagnosing Alsheimers. He does not seem to care about the overall condition of his paitents , even those he has been seeing for years. Or maybe its because the paitent is a woman. Additionally, the office has a new fax machine. The old fax machine still receives faxes they just don't read them up. It took two weeks to get a response from them. Overall, I would never recomend this doctor to anyone. It's sad that he took over Dr Perkins practice.
