Dr. Vasko Kole Gulevski, MD

Dr. Gulevski diagnosed my father 3 years ago with dementia and an essential tremor. He didn't really treat him at all just had him come for follow up appointments every six months. After a rapid decline in motor function we got a second opinion and my father has no symptoms of dementia but every symptom of Parkinson's including a family history. He's now had a 3 year untreated progression of the disease that can never be reversed or slowed down and rendered him helpless. He lost his ability to feed himself, walk, move, speak and use the bathroom. My review is see a different doctor.

Great dr, some people may not like that he does not sugarcoat anything, he is up front and honest. He has made my migraines almost disappear. Staff is always helpful when I call.

Efficient and knowledgeable, happy with my care

Dr. gulevski isn't a bad doctor, he's actually quite good. However, his staff is the worst I have ever encountered. they lie about information they previously told you, when confronted they will insist that they didn't stay that. the office manager is rude and could careless about your medical problems. They act like they are doing you a favor making an appointment or following thru with test information. The waiting room is always empty, however you have to wait 15 minutes or more to see the doctor. I asked about one of the other doctors in the group (use to be 5 in the group now there are only 3) the staff bad mouth the other doctor. When I confronted Dr. Gulevski about his staffs poor attitude, his replyed "what can I do? I can't fire everyone." I replied this your business and they aren't helping it. You need to get them to respect and be helpful to your patients and remind them that without your patients their is no business.

Taken my mother to five neurologists and he was be far the worst. Very uninterested or concerned. Does not even have the decency to return phone calls after several messages after he had received blood results and MRI.

Agreed on terrible office and awful doctor. Had a work related head neck injury. Gulevski never order MRI`s . A year later I had developed bad neck pain, went to a different Dr. who ordered MRI`s. Turns out c-6 and 6-7 discs are smashed, new doctor says you`ve had an impact injury - can`t work , can`t look up and the statue of limitations vs. doctor have run out. Thanks Gulevski.

Great bed side Manor. Staff is very nice and helpful.

This doctor did not do much for me-I guess if they don't see anything on the outside they think you are normal-no testing or anything. He should not be practicing medicine. Go to another doctor-office help only helps you when they ask for your money and the wait to see him is an eternity. I don't think he was even in the office- I waited 40 minutes without even a word from office help.

What a horrible Experience. Drs exam consisted of shaking my hand hello n goodbye and that was it. However his notes said everything was normal. How how can he do that he never Touched me but to shake my hand. My husband was in exam room with me and just shook his head. My distain for neuros remain. So horribly upset with Dr and office, staff not friendly at all. Had appointment but didn't have it in system..Horrible.!!!!!

I found so many other neurologists that went above and beyond than this doctor did. Will not be back. When I see a doctor I want to feel that they are listening and attentive. He seemed as if I was keeping him from something. Not a pleasant doctor at all.
