Ericka is great! Very caring and attentive. I just cannot believe your phone calls are out sourced to India!!!! Or some other foreign country!!! Wow, is that disappointing!!! The receptionist can't even understand what I say, let alone how to spell my name!!! And I have trouble deciphering what the heck they are saying!!!

Rude, dismissive, lacks professional decorum, emotionally detached from her patient/family. Spends no more than 5 minutes after letting us wait for 45 minutes, no apology or acknowledgment which I might add is very poor form. It's like being treated by an emotionally detached robot.

Had good experience. My nurse was wonderful. Can't remember her name but had the cutest short hairstyle and loved the color. Dr. Young very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. The wait was a little long but I've had to wait at other doctor offices too.

Doesn’t really listen and very rushed.

I had botox around the eyes and glabella. She does not go over board and is very experienced at what she does.

I have been patient of Dr. Young for the last fifteen years. During that time I have been treated for numerous skin cancers, basal and squamous cell carcinomas. Dr. Young is very knowledgable and an excellent diagnostician. She left ubsolutely no signs of the treatments. She is surrounded by well qualified and caring personnel. I would undoubtedly recommend Dr. Young to any individual experiencing skin problems.

I have been going to Dr. Young for 5 years now and I canâ??t imagine a better doctor then her. Dr. Young was very knowledgeable, friendly and takes a pride in everything that she does. All of her staff is so friendly and eager to help with any issue.

Not if she were the last doctor on Earth. Ms. Young talks over any question she is asked, making for the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've visited. She puts on a fake smile while treating the patient with impatience and irritation. One can smile and smile... Her business is called Black Hills Dermatology, but really it's a glorified salon, as she pushes her customers off onto her makeup artists. She's a master of selling useless products, pawning off "physician strength" creams that--surprise, surprise--are available in the makeup department of her salon, rather than writing prescriptions for remedies that actually are known and documented solutions to cosmetic dermatologic problems. So she markets herself as a cosmetic dermatologist; there's nothing wrong with that. But a cosmetic dermatologist is still a doctor who needs to care for her patients and treat them seriously. The way Ms. Young practices her trade, you'd think she graduated from the local beauty… school.
