Do NOT visit the New Albany location. They submit the billing as an outpatient hospital service. You are left with a huge balance because your offife visit copay does not apply. The wait time for my appointment was 2 hours and the doctor was rude and uncaring. Very rushed visit with no listening on her part.

Bedside Manner ?? She has none, zero, zilch.Doesn't listen to the patient about their symptoms.....Lab results do not tell the whole story and from what I have been researching this is COMPLETELY true when it comes to thyroid disorders....you cannot just go by the numbers. She would not believe that my weight increase of 10 pounds had occurred over a 2 week period. I am not overweight, have never been overweight, and was concerned that I had become hypo again when my weight reached 110 lbs. when I have weighed 98-100 lbs. all my life. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....THINKS SHE IS GOD AND SHE IS NOT !!!!!!
