Went to my dentist in the morning with tooth pain. The referred me to Dr K for a root canal. He had me drive right over and they got me in immediately. I was back to work a few hours later. Super fast, friendly, efficient. He even went out of his way to improvise & accommodate me when I was having gagging issues with the dam. No complaints here!

Horrible experience!!! Staff was incredibly rude, and the dentist had no regard for the fact that I was pregnant. I was referred to him for a root canal and informed him I was pregnant and did not want to have more x-rays taken if they were not necessary being that I just had x-rays taken a week ago at my referring dentist's office. I was clearly concerned for my unborn baby and exposing the baby to radiation. Dr. Keklikian became very aggressive and told me that if I wanted him to do a good job on my root canal, I would need to let him do what he had to do- including prescribing me antibiotics if I needed them! He seemed to have no concern for the fact that I was pregnant and concerned for my baby's health. I told him that he needed to slow down, and let me talk to my OB, because I would need to get my doctor's permission. I wasted an entire day trying to see this endodontist, only to find that Dr. Keklikian doesn't even take my insurance (thanks to his front office staff, this wasn't… worked out ahead of time)...so today, I am still in pain and can't do anything but take Tylenol. At least my unborn baby's life is not in jeopardy due to the complete disregard of Dr. Keklikian for his pregnant patients.
