After a 10-15 minute wait I saw the Doctor to go over my test results. I made a follow-up appointment and was out the door 30 minutes from the start of my appointment. No complaints from me.

The girls at the front desk were great! Friendly and polite. Made me feel comfortable on first time visit. Dr. Desai was very nice. Explained everything in terms I could understand. He took his time with me. Girls in the lab were not friendly. I waited about 12-15 minutes, wondering why as I sat ready. No reason was stated for me to be sitting there. Not a word was spoken to me. A smile and just a word or two as to why I sat would have made it a lot more pleasant. Finally my blood was drawn and that girl spoke to me. She was pleasant. I was given my specimen container and told what to do. However, I'm not sure how quickly I need to return it and I am assuming it goes to the lab people. Also I was told I could leave, but no one spoke to me about my next appointment. Dr said 3 weeks, but I will have to call and get my answers and make a date. Not a great follow up to my visit.

I got right in when needing an appointment ASAP.The reviews of this practice ring true - Heather helped to book my initial visit which wasn't as close as I'd hoped, but she told me she'd keep a look out and move up my appointment as soon as she saw an opening, and that she did! I came in to see Dr Desai and he was responsive to all my needs. The staff in the lab and the medical assistant were very professional. Will be returning for my follow up visits.

The waiting time was less than usual. I was tested and received the results from the doctor right away. My time with the doctor was not rushed and he answered my questions.

Always professional, caring, friendly. The doctors really listen, and are warm and caring while offering best treatment. The staff is always friendly and do their best to make things easier.
