My appointents never run on time. It was told by the lady that works the front desk that it's because they triple book their appointments. I got upset last time I visited the office because I was sitting in the waiting room & had an 11:20 appt. A man walked in & said he had a 12 pm appt but asked if they could get him back there sooner and they took him right back to a room to see the dcotor. Ahead of me! Then I find out I have an appt with the PA and it was supposed to be the doctor. Then when I finally get called back to a room and sit in the room for at least 20-25 min I had to go to the bathroom and when I come out I find the PA sitting there eating at her desk so that made me even more upset. I comfronted the Doctor about it and she told me that if I didn't like it then I could find another doctor so I did. Be prepared to wait as their appointments never run on time. This doctor and her PA needs to learn to be more respectful of the patient's time as we have jobs as well.

Thank you Dr. Basava for taking great care of me. Had excellent recovery from my pain following the procedure.

On a very high recommendation I have tried 4 times to get through to the dr's office. THEIR recording says they close for lunch from 12:30-1p, but the last time I tried to get through to a human was 2p....and still the same annoying recording. IF a dr is not going to be in his/her office at stated times, he should see that someone covers those calls. It has already caused me to question the professionalism and promptness of Dr. Basava's practice, and given the lack of professionalism I will go elsewhere. A SUGGESTION TO ALL DRS: If you don't plan to "man" your office for receiving calls, do not state your hours of operation. It is extremely frustrating, to say the least.

Dr. Basava really cares for her patients. Had epidural injections in the past with her and glad to be able to go back to work. Will recommend her if you need any procedures for pain.

Had stem cell therapy done by Dr. Basava. I am now nearly pain free and can do daily activities with minimal restrictions. Thank you Dr. Basava.

Great Staff / doctor

I was referred by my family doc to Dr. Basava after suffering for many months with back pain. She did kyphoplasty on my spine a while back and I now am able to lead a near normal life. She was very keen on getting me off all the powerful pain drugs I was prescribed by other docs in the past. I dont usually post reviews but felt so well taken care of that I felt compelled to post one. Thank you Dr. Basava.

I was a patient of Dr. Basava's for over a year. She always seemed like I was wasting her time. The only options she gave me for my worsening condition were injections that never worked. I left because I didn't feel like she really cared if I ever felt better. She was happy to do injection after injection with no end in sight. In the last 6 months, I found another physician who is so much different in his approach. He decided to perform a discogram to better understand exactly where my problem areas are; this is a bit of an old-school procedure and it hurts, but it absolutely worked to figure out where to start. MRI's are helpful, but this narrowed his focus and we ultimately found a solution that worked. I have my life back. It makes me sad that I wasted my time with Dr. Basava.
