Having to sign in on the patient sign in sheet and wait 15+ minutes to pick up a prescription that you were told was ready to pick up is very unreasonable and upsetting. Obviously it wasn't actually really ready to pick up. I didn't realize I needed to request time off of work in order to pick up a prescription. My work hours are the same as their office hours so this process is very hard to understand. Everything else meets or exceeds my expectations. This is the one thing that needs MUCH improvement.

I feel this doctor doesn't give older people the time of day. I believe he's only interested in the younger generation. He's also very hard to get a prescription from. I don't care WHAT is wrong with you. Don't think he believes in giving patients medicine. Not sure about him!

Hey, don't let the other reviews fool you, Dr. Vel Natesan is an excellent doctor. He is quiet, does his job quickly and efficiently, but he is very friendly though. We have been going to him for several years and all of his recommendations have been very helpful. Each of his diagnosis' have been correct. He is aggressive in treatment and proactively takes care of his patients. (Unlike other doctors my family has been to prior to him; where you feel like a guinea pig while they try out new things.) He and his new office has all the latest technology, so don't be intimidated if you are an older person going in to see him. Everyone will be elbow-deep in it! He also has his own Lab on-site to be faster and easier for his patients for testing. If you have an illness that is needs a Specialist, he knows the best ones to refer to in each category, and he is not one of those doctors that is too proud to send you there. He will call right away so it does not waste time and your money. … *Just a note, this website is not updated. He only has 1 office. He moved from Division St. TO 951-A Mt. Hermon Rd. I've been there twice for check-ups. He is a nice man but both times I was left waiting in the exam room for an eternity. 45 mins at least.
