Over charges you with wrong/extra codes. Lifestance won't fix even though all appointments were video calls and you can clearly see that we were not on the phone for as long as she billed for. She over bills you, both in the amount of time the appointment was, but also says that 'therapy' was part of the session when all we did was (barely) talk about medication - other than the very condescending line she would give occasionally like 'you shouldn't be ashamed of medication' - and she said that because i told her i wasn't feeling super great on the medication she had me on... i never said I was ashamed to take medication. Of course my next doctor listened, took me off, and had me genetically tested - turns out I couldn't process that medication at all! No wonder I constantly felt like I was going to pass out. another HUGE issue was during the sessions, Veneline would constantly stop talking to write notes - for like a VERY long time (minutes would go by without talking). Our first… appointment she even took another phone call and made me wait!!! Which honestly i wouldn't care but if you are going to charge me by the minute - you better not be taking other calls!
