I'll keep this short. Let's just say that 3 months after a request for personal medical records were made to this physician - we still don't have them.

Very unprofessional!!! Will not call meds in. My mother got out of the hospital and he was suppose to call in antibiotics..... Day 4 out of the hospital and still no antibiotics!!! Very rude staff!! How this doctor is still in business is beyond me

What doctor in business this long will not accept major credit cards -VISA? Who walks around with "cash only" in 2013 for medical payment. And gives you such an unprofessional receipt (4.5 X 2.5) piece of paper that does not even have his name, services or anything written on it. Makes sure you always need an appointment with him because he will not extend a subscription any further than 2 months. There should be a law against treating patients this way. Back office has patients all over the place as though he's never heard the word computer.
