I Had complained to drs for several years about pain in my legs , hips and feet. My neurologist finally found slight pulse in both my ankles and sent me to LVI for a CT scan of my lower extremities which showed 100% blockage in both legs and 40% in aorta . I was immediately scheduled for surgery With Dr Venkat Tummala and he explained and drew diagrams of everything that was happening and going to take place. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Because of the severity of the blockages it was explained that there was a risk he couldn’t get through all that plaque and maybe only 1 leg at a time but he was using all of his medical knowledge and skill to bring me relief. When I woke up in recovery the staff was elated to place the scope on my ankles for me to listen to the pulse that was blaring a message..I had blood flow all the way down.. both legs ...Dr Tummala was smiling big and proud to tell me he successfully placed 3 stents....and no further surgery needed… ....there was cheering in the room ! That night I had immediate relief when I went to bed..no coldness in my legs..next morning I noticed..my hip didn’t hurt and when I walked , no pain in my legs and feet. I followed every instruction to the t and the next day took a short walk outside with my friend and each time walked a little further..today 5 days later walked around the block something I hadn’t done for years. No pain..I am blessed to have found such a skilled surgeon in Dr Venkat Tummala and highly recommend him and the friendly concerned staff at Outpatient facility LVI on So Florida Ave

he is the msot unkept,dirty,unbecoming of a doctor.Im not his patient(luckily),but i work in the hospital where is works.terrible
