BEST DENTIST EVER I MET. I HAVE LOT OF ANXIETY INSPITE DENTIST PULLED TOOTH WITH NO PAIN

I broke a front tooth and had an appointment to have it replaced. This doctor gave me a shot in my gum before the numby stuff they put on you so you don't feel the needle had time to work, it was like bang bang, and it HURT! No warning, just pow. Then I got an extremely UGLY temporary crown to wear for "two weeks" while they had the lab make my real crown. THREE WEEKS LATER I went in to ask what is going on? Why haven't I heard from you? The young girl at the front desk said it had just come in and grabbed the package it was in and shook it in my face! She said "Do you understand that our lab is in Florida? Have you watched the news about the weather they've had! It delayed the package!" She went on to say they were too busy to see me that day and made me an appointment for the next day. Well, the crown was dropped by the dentist when he was adjusting it and it broke. Now I have to wait another "two weeks" (three, four?) to look normal. Oh, and my temporary crown fell off in about… eight hours, at a party!
