I will not go back to his office he was very rude talking over me and didn’t care or actually listen to anything I said. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

The first time I saw him thought it was great as he gave me samples etc. but I never had blood work and he has never even examined me. The one time he did take my blood pressure the cuff was to small and popped off. Oh it's all good see ya next time. Guess for 54.00 a visit I can't expect alot

Doctor Ravi seems knowledgeable but I've noticed my medications are rarely updated as to what I am taking, for example. He will tell me to stop taking something, then next visit ask why I am not taking it, or switch medications but never put them on my chart. I have also had problems with him adding incorrect medications to my chart, i.e.; one inhaler vrs. another. I Like him, but just wish that he would pay closer attention to what his patient is saying without interrupting or getting off track. All of the staff seem to be generally nice people, but a few could use a lesson in customer service. Like I said though, it's obvious that they mean well but just don't know any better.

Only Dr. I have ever had that called to check on me after I had to visit the E.R. Sometimes I do have to repeat myself on certain issues but all in all I would say he is an excellent Dr. The only problems I have are the office staff. One needs training on proper phone etiquette you don't keep having a conversation with someone else and pick up the phone and the person calling in is waiting for her to answer while having to listen that other conversation. Calling in to get refills or a prescription for a recurring issue that they know I have. Your discomfort is of little concern to them and they could care less. This is not the attitude of Dr. Ravishankar.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Ravi for care since my daughter was in the hospital for 45 days. He pulled her through. He is an astute diagnostician, and treatment plan is aggressive. He tells you like it is, and is truthful.
