Sometimes the bad does outweigh the good. Such is the case with Dr Luthra's practice. Dr. Luthra himself has always been engaging, generous with his time and sound in his advice. As a physician, I have never had any concerns. However, the office staff, and especially Katie, the office manager, vacillate between passive aggressive and condescending. Their entitlement to treat others how they would never want to be treated is pervasive. This is the primary reason I left this practice and why everyone I know who was at one time been a patient has left. No surprise that the waiting room has been empty on many visits. By design, the practice is part time with limited hours. There is no way to communicate other than by phone during the (limited) office hours during which you endure the crass treatment by Katie and her staff. No electronic lab orders/results, no secure portal, email or other means of electronic communication or sharing of medical data. The fax machine is… central to this operation for patients, labs, hospitals and other providers. There are good doctors everywhere. I encourage prospective patients to explore options where the office has the electronic infrastructure that is standard in many practices and the staff treats you with a modicum of professional respect.

The level of incompetence amongst the staff in this office shows. They were too busy talking about their weekend plans. A little sick and tired of always hearing Katy upfront talking about what she doesn’t have so she can gain the sympathy and wealth of patients.What happened to the staff he used to have get rid of this girl she has a chip on her shoulder

Husband was seriously misdiagnosed by Doctor. Labeled my husband on his insurance with something he doesn't even have never took one blood test before misdiagnosing him. What's even worse is dealing with the lady at the front window whom also calls herself an office manager. Doesn't have a customer service skills to deal with the general public. Very curt and rude other patients commented on hearing her talking two others was very painful. Why pay this person to even work here find a new job better yet hide from the General Public. Will not return to this office with my husband. Doctor you are losing money paying your staff she needs to retire. It will give her time to fix the black cavity on her front bottom tooth. No one wants to hear about your personal problems when you're talking to your favorite patients to gain their sympathy and wealth

From the time you walk in to see him the receptionist whom she also said she was the office manager seem to be highly agitated and came across a little curt. And I was just there to bring my uncle to his appointment. The doctor seemed knowledgeable however his staff was not very helpful.

He is not qualified to treat the elderly. He seems to have something to hide because he tries to keep patients family from getting his office number. Couldn't locate his office and had to wheel my 96 yr old father in wheelchair in heat for 15 minutes trying to find him. The staff was nasty. They don't answer phone. The Dr is also blocking cell phone signals in his building because I had to walk in heat with a disability to call cab. I filed complaint with cab company for being left in wrong location and his receptionist got paranoid and said the Dr was refusing to see my father because I filed a complaint. Lol I told her I filed complaint against cab not her. We had to pay for cab to get to him there and walk in the heat and then refused to be seen. The funniest part is my father said he didn't like him and didn't really want to see him anyway. I have a disability myself and now have to go to my Dr because if all the walking and nonsense.

I used enjoy this office back in the day. About 7-8 years ago he had better staff when I lived here. I've continued to have mom stay here because it's next to the neighborhood but listening to the ladies talk many are not happy with the staff. I went with mom to her visit and the office was in turmoil. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF! Not one helpful person there. Now the retiree neighborhood is going to start a shuttle service for more grocery trips, laboratory and office visits so they will have a choice to go somewhere else. Dr your punctuality still needs improvement

Outstanding Doctor he really cares. He tells it like it is. Straightforward and honest

Don't even know where to start. Should not have wasted my time. He has no clue about his staff. When he's around they act all sweet then he himself is too self involved.

Find new staff. Ignorant receptionist katie. Manager not any brighter.
