Dr. Sobel is a superb physician

she was great with my daughter my daughters doctor couldn't figure out what the problem was and sent her over to Dr. Sobel and she figured it right out. She is excellent at what she does.

Very timely for actual appointment and had a timer for the 20 minute time span after dilation. Friendly and the office staff was great. Large selection of glasses for younger generation. Very pleased. If every office could run like hers, we wouldn't have such negativity about physician offices.

I will no longer be going to this office for an eye exam or to buy glasses. Dr.sobel put the dialating drops in my eyes then told me to wait in waiting room for 10-15 mins... I sat in waiting room for an hour before walking out because she forgot about me. She also did not have a professional attitude. As far as the glasses go they don't measure your face so I spent $85 for a pair of glasses that if I bent over would fall off my face and hit the ground. I brought them into the office twice before they decided to send the pair on the shelf that people try on and my pair out to have my lenses put into the glasses on the shelf... I have since got them back and the problem is the same. The glasses don't stay on my face and are constantly slipping down my nose. $85 for a pair of glasses I can't wear. I now have to go get a pair elsewhere because they only have a 30 day return policy. Even though I've gone in a few times and had them mailed out to be repaired it is now over 30 days. They… jerk you around so that they don't have to refund your money. Also a friend of mine had an eye stroke and is now blind in one eye, he went to Dr.sobel And she misdiagnosed him. I do not recommend this eye Dr at all. Yes the glasses are inexpensive but not worth the money you save at all.

Dr. Sobel is educated in NYC and she does an excellent job of diagnosis of eye disease. She was helpful examining my eyes last week and had the drops in my eyes quickly with no fuss. That's not easy with me as I'm a little sensitive. She's obviously helps numerous patients and runs a successful practice; she's knowledgeable, efficient, kind and compassionate., everything you want in a doctor. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Sobel.

Caution Dr Sobel's office failed to offer correct prescription. I had to return to office twice thereafter in attempt to be provided correct prescription and they offered to mail after much headache. While in follow-up visit the person in line ahead of me was complaining of same concern. When I received mailed prescription they were wrong again. Now, they have sent me wrong script X3 and wont accept my call. If negative rating were available this is what I would rank.
