He has been an integral part of my children’s healthcare journey for nearly a decade, and his departure from his recent office is a massive loss to their patient base. Dr. Austin is the rare kind of provider who combines clinical excellence with genuine empathy and a brilliant sense of humor. Here is why he stands out: Patience & Comfort: He never forces a procedure. When my oldest son started seeing him at age 8, I was so impressed by how the staff followed Dr. Austin's lead, taking the time to position X-rays carefully rather than forcing uncomfortable devices into a child's mouth. A Natural with Kids: He has a unique gift for making children laugh and feel completely at ease. He has cared for my youngest since the age of 2 (now 9) and handled my oldest all the way through age 17. Long-Term Trust: To have a dentist that my kids actually look forward to seeing is a testament to his character. He doesn't just treat teeth; he builds… confidence and removes the fear often associated with dental visits. Any office would be lucky to have Dr. Austin, and any parent would be lucky to have him treating their children. He is, quite simply, phenomenal.
