Dr. Vernishia Jenine Hill Graham, MD

Dr Hill Graham is not a good Dr. Please stay away. She needs to have her medical license revoked. She'd definitely not in the business to help patients and doesn't have their best interest in mind. She told my mother she was not a candidate for a hip replacement and a knee replacement when we finally decided to go to another Dr and they said absolutely she is! She has since had the replacements and her life has completely changed for the better. All she wanted to do was throw medicines at my mother. Awful DR.

This Dr....excuse me... this individual does not deem worthy to be referred to as a physician. Hill-Graham did NOT properly care for my mother who had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Her demeanor is one of apathy which is not reflective of a healthcare provider who is supposed to be an advocate for patients. She is incapable of realizing her limitations which causes patients poor outcomes. In lieu of referring my mother to a more specialized facility that would be capable of meeting her needs, she refused to release her. To add insult to injury, she led us to believe she would cooperate and sign the necessary papers in order to be released and then later refused to sign them. We had to “legally fire her” in order for my mother to be released and admitted to Emory.

Every time we have visited her office she the wait time is over 1 1/2. The last appointment we left without being seen after waiting for 2 hours and she just shrugged her shoulders like she did not care. Very condescending with poor customer service. If you have anything else to do the day of your appointment schedule your appointment before you go see her or you will be late!!

Dr. Hill-Graham is incredible and her staff are just as wonderful.

Best GP Doctor our family has had in a very long time. I would recommend her highly.

The office staff is nice, however patient care doesn't seem to be a priority. Ive had tests on more than one occasion and I never receive call backs on follow ups, no appointment reminder notices, voice messages are returned after calling consistently and on one occasion in an irate manner. My last visit the wait time was entirely too long, the nurse practitioner wasn't time efficient. Dr.Hill-Graham is personable and listens to your concern, however after that its downhill from there.

Staff at this office never follows or call back when you call in with an issue or a prescription refill. The doctor does not listen in order to make a proper diagnosis, instead she just switches out meds playing with your health. How would never ever recommend her no one!!
