Veronica Lyn Arres

Veronica’s approach is holistic and individualized, with treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She integrates medication management when appropriate, along with lifestyle modifications, to support meaningful and substantial change. She strives to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Veronica was inspired to work in mental health because supporting individuals through their most vulnerable moments has been both deeply personal and profoundly rewarding. Her work in mental health is motivated by the opportunity to help others overcome challenges and build resilience. Outside of work, Veronica enjoys travel, music, pilates, hiking and practicing mindfulness, all of which help her stay balanced and present.
