If there was no star I would have picked it. This Doctor is horrible she screws up on your medicine quality says one thing sends to the pharmacy another. The entire office is run so poorly. Find someone else.

I never write bad reviews but this doctor and assistant have to be one of the worse I ever met in my life . Despite the reviews I thought I would give her a chance. She tells you what you want to hear and sounds really nice & says EVERYTHING will be taken care of which is false on the back end seems like she must mistreat the staff because they are snotty themselves and not helpful and they blame the Dr. for all the issue for. The doctor says one thing the assistant acts like your making up information from the Dr. Not helpful, a lot of miscommunication.This Dr and assistant will attempt to nickel and dime you for every last penny by telling you for ever question a different appointment is needed she will fail and completing task and prolong it then say another appointment is needed .I will never recommend this Dr. & share my horrible experience in hopes that others don’t waste their time. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. RUN !!! I cannot believe that they are in the… healthcare industry. Shame on you unhelpful people. People are sick and you make their life harder.

Please do not go to this doctor, She is very flighty, if you run out of medication that you need she will not refill them. I honestly do not think she knows what she is doing. Beware, please

Rude staff. The Dr. was distracted and spacey. I do not feel safe with her. As another reviewer said, BEWARE!!

I love taking my grandkids to her, She is very easy with them and very professional. I have went to different Dr. in the area and none were as kind or gentle with the girls.The other places treated you like cattle getting you in and out as quickly as they can. With little and no personal feelings. Dr Butler cares enough to explain and help with your problems.

They told me they were providers with my insurance- collected my $15.00 copay and then billed me the full amount since they weren't providers. I was set in a closet to wait for a room as there were none available- it was VERY busy. The office manager is not professional and very rude when I called for help with the insurance/billing issue. They couldn't provide me with my medical records- they said they were lost in a plumbing incident they had in their basement which is where the files were stored. BEWARE!

Extremely pleasant experience overall. The nurses were efficient and kind, and the doctor superlatively conscientious, friendly and well-informed.
