Every time we have an apt we still always have to wait atleast 45 to be seen. Today I waited 2 hours and the doctor didn’t even see my daughter because she was behind and that’s because I had to go ask I was not given any updates by Dr. Goytia or her nurse, extremely unprofessional! However the other staff at Staplachase and NP that ended up seeing my daughter were great!

Dra Veronica is the greatest doctor I am encountered for my kids she is always beyond and her care and support is outstanding I consider her part of my family. She has been my family pediatrician for 8+ years even I live in Katy and I need to drive more than 30 miles I do that with all satisfaction since she is the best

If you wants a doctor that nevers give your child medication you should go see doctor Goytia

Very caring and personable doctor! She takes time with you and makes sure all your questions are answered. She has been my children's doctor for the past 5 years and will continue to be until they are 18 yrs old. I have recommended many of my friends and family to her and will continue too!

She is a great pediatrician. She is very profesional and accurate in her diagnostics. She is fully bilingual. Her spanish is great. If you have 100 question, she will answer all of them without hesitation. She is very friendly and sweet with the kids. Highly recomend her.

Dr. Goytia has been treating both my children for almost four years. She has always been caring and interested in how they are doing and was instrumental in getting our daughter into Texas Children's when a specialist was necessary.
