Dr. Veronica Elbashab Landers

Dr. Veronica E. Landers, DMD
Originally from southern Mississippi, Dr. Veronica Landers is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and the Charlotte Dental Society.  Dr. Landers’ membership in these organizations ensures she remains up-to-date on the current state of dentistry and its technological advances. She takes several continuing education courses each year and participates in a number of dental study clubs around the Charlotte area. She is devoted to her profession and loves what she does on a daily basis.
Dr. Landers pursued her dental degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (Ole Miss). During dental school, Dr. Landers was president of the Student National Dental Association, an organization that helps address the oral health needs of the underserved as well as educate its members who have traditionally been underrepresented in dentistry. She was secretary of the American …Association of Women Dentists, an organization that provides support and education to women in the dental industry and constantly strives toward connecting and enriching the lives of women dentists. Before dental school, Dr. Landers went to the prominent, liberal arts institution, Millsaps College, where she received a degree in Chemistry. While there, she became president of the Lambda Iota chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she organized and participated in countless community service projects including work with the March of Dimes, the Ronald McDonald Houses of America, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Habitat for Humanity.
Dr. Landers and her husband decided to make Charlotte, NC their home a few years ago. The great weather, bustling economy, friendly people and professional sports teams of Charlotte all had an impact on their decision to move to such a wonderful city and state. During her free time, Dr. Landers enjoys the arts, playing tennis, traveling abroad and spending quality time with her family.
