She is a wonderful doctor, however, her staff can be distant, not listen, and sometimes rude. Some of the new staff as of 2020 have been better. Often, messages go unanswered, or ignored. Several friends have found another doctor due to staff. I've hung in there just because of Dr. Lorenzo.

I am moving out of state and said goodbye to Dr. Lorenzo, she has been our family doctor for years. It will be difficult to find another family doctor after 20+ plus years. Thank you Dr. Lorenzo for taking care of my family for so many years. You and your staff will be missed.

Very great physician. Personable. Talks to you in laymans terms that you can understand. Would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Lorenzo is a wonderful doctor. She listen s and helps patient get through problems. Never had any issues with her...nothing negative.

There if No follow-up, very very poor communication, Tests have been ordered incorrectly (thank goodness for hospital staff noticing) meds ordered while in office with no mention of by the doctor, doctor requests test but her staff doesn't even order. Occice closed during week for training (last Thurs and this Wed) and no one accessible
