Dr. Veronica Jeanne Matthews, MD

When i met this dr she came off as extremly in humane and had the worst bedside manner and thought she was right about everything and didnt let u explain how u feel or have any involevement in your treatmen. I would say she is the worst and meanest most judgemental dr i have ever met and ive seen alot of dr in my time for chronic medical issues

This doctor has the bedside manner of a demon. She doesn't want to understand the patient's point of view; she wants to put labels on you.

The staff at the center was great...very professional, respectful and helpful. Dr. Veronica Matthews on the other hand was the opposite. From the moment that we met she seemed to believe that the only thing that I was interested in was medication. That assumption carried on throughout our consult. She was cold, uncaring and her assessment lacked professionalism. If you are going to the Piedmont Psychiatric Center for any reason...CHOOSE ANOTHER DOCTOR!
