Dr. Veronica Vargas Pineda, DO

She doesn’t want to hear me, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, first time, 2nd. Time 2 hours, 3er. Time the same, always long wait, and the front desk peoples never know why is my visit appointment for! she and him mr. Edson Pineda, the same, after a long waiting every visit, they only stay a couple of minutes with me and I left completely empty, disappointed, frustrated, mrs. Pineda, didn’t listen my concerns, for my annual physical, she just checked my breathing and heart rate and left! She promised after checking that she will listen to me, but NOT she just left immediately, I had questions, concerns about my health, the she replied only provide 20 minutes for patient, but it was only 5 minutes or less that she provided to me! I promise you!And I had to follow her through the hallway asking a few things has to be checkout! She didn’t stop walking, por the next time I asked to schedule her husband, but he is not better, they are so uninterested about how I concerns! in 2015 I brought to… his attention about a inflammation in my collarbone, he said he doesn’t see it, still the inflammation is there! When I saw him in 2020, I told him about my breathing problems, he referred me to see, at least a pulmonlogist, that soon she saw the inflammation in my neck and collarbone, she knew it’s my thyroids and yes, the ultrasound show many nodules, WHY DRS, Pineda’s didn’t referred me to a thyroid specialist, since I told Dr. Pineda my weight increase is not normal since I was eating less than ever and not even eating carbs! DRS. VERONICA AND EPSON PINEDA DON’TCARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS, JUST WHO HAD THE BETTER PAY HEALTH INSURANCE AND ALSO THEY ASSISTANTS, they are too inept like Ruth, she ask three times all the questions she has in the computer, the same questions, I already completed on the papel questionnaire and not only that and the vaccine Ruth gave me, I felt it to the bone, she pushed it too hard, she is super rude! When I went back 2nd. Time last year 2020, I asked for the questionnaire I filled out about depression and its was totally changed for somebody from there, I told Mr. Pineda, not Veronica, that wasn’t my writing and wasn’t my answers! Dr. PINEDA JUST MADE me TO VISIT IN PERSON JUST TO read ME my blood test results but don’t give any advices! THEY TREAT ME LIKE GARBAGE I guess because I AM VERY POLITE, SOFT, LATIN, EDUCATED AND VALUE THEIR TIMEs! But they don’t respect my time!IT’S SO RIDICULOUS JUST HAVE TO WAIT TWO AND A HALF HOURS WITH PREVIOUSLY APPOITNMENTS! And NEVER A Apologize! AND AFTER SEE THE DOCTOR, have to deal with the front clerks that are in their personal celular phone and have to call them three times, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me??????? Or just chatting each other when you arrive nobody are greeting you, you have yo greet them but they are too busy with each other! The atmosphere is too unprofessional and pathetic!

Veronica Pineda is the best doctors that I have ever had in my 57 year she have one of the best Personality always a smile on her face and talk to you so nice and so very respectable if’s all over the world have a doctors like her I would have no Worry I wish Alabama had her here with me but yes I will always go back to Bayonne and see her keep up the great work that you do and may God Continue to bless you to put up blessings other people Health like me love her

I first met Dr. Veronica Pineda when she saw my step dad for an appointment that he had scheduled for his condition. Right away, I was amazed at her bedside manner and her compassion. After his appointment was over, I asked at the front desk if she accepted my insurance. The answer was YES and I made an appointment to see her as soon as possible since I myself was looking for a primary physician. I am very particular in regards to my doctors and thought that she would be perfect. She is kind, smart, very respectful, an an amazing listener who takes time with her patients and understands their concerns. I have many medical conditions and specialty doctors that I am currently being treated by and I feel blessed to have found such an amazing and compassionate doctor. She really is an Angel and her staff is amazing too, always willing to help me out with anything that I need. I really wish more doctors were like Dr. Pineda. I feel confident with my care under Dr. Pineda and trust… her with my life and overall health. Thank You !

Dr. Pineda thinks of herself last and her patients first. She goes out of her way to help everybody. With a remarkable bedside manner she is very smart as well as very honest and straight forward. I would recomend her to anyone who is looking for a good doctor. She also has a great staff that makes your experience do the doctor a relif and not a nightmare.
