Dr. Veronika Dubrovskaya

I rarely write bad review, but in this case I just must. I booked an appointment with Dr. Dubrovskaya via ZocDoc. 1-2 days before the appointment I received an automated call from her office telling me that I need to arrive to my appointment at least 15 mins earlier. I did. And then waited a whole hour for my appointed. I asked the receptionist several times why I am waiting so long, the only response I got was that the doctor was running late. At 1 hour mark I simply left. It is extremely disrespectful to patients to make them wait so long. If she was backed up and running late, her office was supposed to give me a call and notify me accordingly or reschedule me. Just because she is a doctor does NOT give her any right to treat my time as less important than hers. Oh yes, when I was entering the elevator after leaving, I got a call from her, she told me she could see me, but I had no desire to work with her any longer.

More than 4 visits, thousand of dollars spent on procedures (endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood work, etc.) and she still doesn't know what I have, I still have pain, and I have a payment plan for nothing. Thanks Doc.

unnecessary endoscopy

I had an endoscopy procedure and was horrified by my experience. While prepping for anesthesia, Dr. Dubrovskaya decided to take a personal call. I know it was a personal call because I know first-hand that she never calls her patients about results. After 2 weeks, I started getting nervous because I had two biopsies done with no call. I came by to pick up a print out of my results and prescription, only to have her google a food plan and learn I could get the medicine off the shelf of any pharmacy. This was charged as an office visit.
