Dr. Vicki Ann Alberts, MD

I read some of her reviews and I must be truly in need of psychiatry because I have found Ms. Vicki to be the opposite to the reviews on her. She is away from the office on vacations way too much, she is sick a lot and I hear she gives patients what they want in medications and personal matters to a fault. I like Ms. Vicki but she is not the physician I need to help me overcome my issues. I think, since I have seen Dr. Billingsley before Ms. Vicki, she could be an excellent doctor if she understood most of us need a doctor not a friend in a psychiatrist.

This physician seems to be better off working from a cruise ship as she is constantly on vacation or failing to show up for her patients.

When I heard from 3 other people how incredible Dr. Vicki is I made an appointment. I had been a patient for many years at that office but sadly, he retired and I had to go to someone else who became intolerable after several years. I fell in love with Dr. Vicki just a few minutes into my first visit. She's down to earth, unshockable and goes way beyond to see that her patients are healthy. I hardly sit down before I'm called back and that would be due to Debbie, the precious one who does all the scheduling and office duties. There just aren't enough words to say about the excellent care you get from Dr. Vicki and her team. If you are looking for someone like Dr. Vicki, I urge you to call asap as it may take up to 4 months to get in....she's THAT good folks! :)

Dr Alberts is so good, she does not judge people, she is caring and nurturing. I loved her from the very first visit

We have seen dozens of pscyhe docs. Not only does this one care and take time with every patient but she is very knowledgeable and open minded. She is worth any wait to she her.

Always LISTENS to you. Explains diagnosis along with any questions you may have about medications you take. Easy to make appoint ment, even If it is last minute or emergency appointment.

Dr. Alberts is an incredible physician. She was able to reflect on the medical implications on the psychiatric diagnosis. Follow up w/ medical physician discovered hormonal imbalance which I may have neglected otherwise to rule out medical first. I appreciate her time & ability to reflect on the whole person to incorporate other possibilities for behavior

I saw Dr. Alberts today for the very first time at her Spring Hill Circle Panama City Office. Waiting time was extremely minimal, cleanly office and very nice secretary name Debbie! Dr. Alberts is a very warming, compassionate ,and friendly person! I was so nervous because I knew I would have to rehash my past and all the bad things that happened in my life but the moment I saw Dr Alberts and her cool office the feeling of nervousness abruptly left! GREAT DOCTOR highly recommend!!!!!!
