I was in such pain one night that I needed to go to the emergency room. After being treated there they told me to let my Dr. (Vicki Henderson) know what happened, how I was feeling and to talk with her about pain management the following day. The next day I called as instructed. Her nurse returned my call and used a very condescending baby voice with me as if I were stupid. She informed me that I already had a appointment with Dr. Henderson. I said that yes, I knew that but that that appointment was 14 days away and I was in sever pain now. She told me that the ER instructed me to follow up with Dr. Henderson and that that's what I was doing. That we could discus things when I had my appointment in two weeks. I asked again if I couldn't just ask her a question or two and she again said that I was following up as instructed and that Dr. Henderson told her that we could speak at my appointment. And that was that. I was completely dismissed without a single regard for my immediate… health. I beg of you not to see this doctor. Any decent human being deserves to be treated by their doctor with more respect and concern for their health problems.
