Dr. Vicki Latham-Solomon, MD

I have only met with Dr. Latham once and that was the only positive experience I had. Her office staff have made it impossible for me to receive quality care. This has been disappointing because Dr. Latham came highly recommended and seemed to have great bedside manner aside from being knowledgeable. When I scheduled my first virtual appointment, I waited over an hour and Dr. Latham never came. No one called to confirm where I was. When I met with Dr. Latham for a second appointment she was very thorough. My only issue was that the appointment was changed twice prior to us actually meeting. After the appointment Dr.Latham said her office would call to follow-up on testing but they did not. When I called then they seem confused. After testing, I called the office over 6 times because I was told my labs were inconclusive because the staff did not complete a date/time so it was not read. No one ever called me back. When I attended my next Dr appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my… arrival time and left because the overall professionalism in that office is horrific.

Very intelligent, does not rush, great memory of issue.

Dr. Latham is the first and only physician I have had a pleasure to meet. She listened to patiently to me and immediate set me in the right path for my illness. Her staff treated me like I was part of their family and not just a patient. I give more than 5 stars to her entire staff. They made me feel like my health was in hands of people who really cared and showed interest. I am so grateful God sent me to Dr Vicki Latham.

DR.LATHAM IS A GOOD DOCTOR SHE IS THE BEST.

Stephanie - Does not call in prescriptions in a timely manner. Always have to call and ask for doctor then she responds calling in your meds. She always say, we didn't get the request from CVS. They are no good. We didn't get the fax (four months straight, I've run out of medicine due to her assistant being rude and inadequate. Totally, opposite of the doctor so I don't know how Stephanie got hired. But, I am sure the doctor does not know how rude she is to her patients. I am going to tell on her.

As a patient of Dr.Latham,and staff,my experience was wonderful.Dr.Latham was very caring,knowledgeable,and concerned.I'am so glad that she was reccommended.I felt that the doctor spent quality time with me,gathering information to help me with my concerns.

Dr. Latham is very thorough and caring and compassionate. best doctor I have seen and had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend ANYONE to her.
