Dr. Vicki Mai is an outstanding Physician. In every way possible!

long phone wait times and got hung up on now on hold again its been 20 minutes

She is the meanest doctor I ever know. She didn’t care about patient. I waited 2 hours and only see her 2 minuets. I feel very upset. Don’t recommend her.

I have been gong to Dr. Mai for about 8 years now. When I see her I can expect very direct, non sugar coated answers from her. She's the type of doctor who will tell you as it is and what needs to be done. I really appreciate this in her, she doesn't let me get away with things and I like that. She tells you what you need to hear to change your habits or do, so you can get better.

She made me feel bad about myself because I was applying for help to pay my medical bills. I did not have insurance at this time. She held my prescription refills hostage till I made an appointment to see her again. I was just in there the previous month. Will not see her again.

She took time to listen to my problems, something not a lot of doctors are good at. She ordered the appropriate tests. I look forward to seeing her soon when my test results come in.

My experiences were all terrible with Dr. Vicky Mai. She is a rude, unprofessional physician. I've heard her through the doors talking about me out loud to all her staff (She should know about patient confidentiality) She is very judgemental when you ask a question, never gives enough time with patients, her assistants do all the work. When I became pregnant with my daughter, first thing she did was look at me with an upset face and told me, "Your pregnant, so what you gonna do?" (I am not a teenager by the way) In other words.. I got the impression she was waiting for me to tell her I was gonna abort my baby. To which I told her abortion is NOT an option. On another occasion I was doing a nursing assistant program and needed her signature for paperwork my school needed. She gave me and her staff a hard time just to get her signature. As her assistant gave her the paperwork I could hear her through the door say, "Didn't I already sign a form for her already??" With an irritated… voice. She is a Dr. who makes you feel like your a hassle even though you pay her so much money for her 5 minutes she spends with you. On top of that, I got an extra $75.00 charge for being with her "overtime" Even though I only saw her for 5 minutes or less! I would not recommend Dr. Vicky Mai
