Dr. Victor F Almufdi, MD

Dr. Almufdi is greedy. He only gave me a 9 refills on a prescription I take daily instead of a normal 12 month prescription. Then refused to refill it even for 1 month. Forcing me to make another appointment early and pay the copay again. His office also stopped carrying my insurance the day before my appointment without even notifying me. I drove there and waiting for 30 mins only to find out that I couldn't even see the doctor unless I wanted to pay full price with no insurance. Terrible service and unhelpful staff.

Dr Almufdi pays attention to what you say and actually listens to your complaints and answers questions honestly. he is very good about using easy to understand terms when explaining your diagnosis. Excellent bedside manner and actually gives out samples . He looks you in the eye when speaking. We recommend him highly. There is not much good to say about the staff in that office. They must have terrible management and it shows in the way they speak to patients. This is an office with several doctors .
