Sometimes the wait is long, but it is worth it. He really knows what he is doing.

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's by Dr. Angel. When I called because I needed FMLA paperwork completed, I was laughed at by the office manager. She stated, "Why do you need FMLA? Take care of her on the weekends." I tried to discuss what steps needed to be taken to help my mother, but she would not help me.When we tried calling back to discuss my mother's treatment options, we were repeated put on hold as the office manager refused to speak with us. We eventually hung up and found a different doctor.

.....that is why the wait is so long in fact he will write just about any RX and will forget what he tells you. Little is kept in your records about the previous appointment and he cannot complete paperwork needed regarding your medical history... Mis dx over and over agian. He will tell you you need to be on pain meds for the rest of your life if you complain of "any" pain. Concerned only about the might dollar and he makes it legally by prescribing controlled substances to patients who look to him for help and who trust him.No RNs in the office and staff is inadequate to do anything but collect your cash!He should be put out of business!

For the life of me, I can't figure out why Dr. Angel keeps this person on staff; she is rude, short-tempered and has an extremely poor attitude. Her customer service skills are severely lacking and she is slow, irresponsible and not helpful in any regard. She should be fired and someone who appreciates just having a job in this horrible economy should take her place!

I've been seeing Dr. Angel since about 7 years of age, and I am almost 31. He is a very caring doctor, and does everything he can to help. I trust him completely and that is hard to find these days in a physician.

My experience with Dr. Angel over the past year has shown that he cares very much about helping me, the patient. I am happy to have found him. He has helped to restore my faith in Doctors.
