HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IF I COULD RATE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD! LINDA ( OFFICE MANAGER ) IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED ! HER WORDS SPECIFICALLY WERE " DROP DEAD ". IN AWE OF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I JUST WENT THROUGH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE BECAUSE IF THIS INDIVIDUAL CAN SPEAK LIKE THAT TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS SHES MANAGING. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY.

Dr was thorough & caring! Wish the gal named Linda was nicer , she was impatient. & super rude. Maybe when she has an issue with Her health she could realize her bad personality makes the experience worse ! She was the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever spoken to which made my experience very bad. Then when I met her at the office she was too busy with non work issues. Does her employer realize this woman is loosing him business? I will return as Dr was really true to me but his nurse/employee was just terrible ! Eyes wide open Dr, please look into that as it was a good experience with you,but not good at all with the a Rude girl /nurse! Other people trust this doctor he is wonderful & calmly cares ! Guess u have to ignore Rude front desk staff ! Easy parking. & location.

the best person in the office is the front desk person. the assisting nurse is very rude. thee doctor is ok but horrible bedside manor. i would find a better office.

DR. AYALA HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY MUCH ON TOP OF ANY OF MY MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND SEEMS MUCH MORE INTERESTED THAN MOST DOCTORS I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST. HE IS THE BEST.

I called the office for an appt. Was told that I had a prev bill of $20.00 from 1 yr ago.A current bill they just sent was raised to $28.47 ?? I had tried to pay this bill on last visit,and was told, I owed no bal. The first person I spoke to told me I could only make an appt if I bought a 2nd ins.(I only had Medicare at the time). I told her I would pay the cash difference that Medicare didn't pay. She said it didn't work that way. The ofc manager got on the phone and said, we are not denying you an appt.We are just concerned about how you'll pay for your prescriptions.She continued to grill me on this. I told her I would pay for them as I always had, in cash. As I began to explain about the bal they said I owed, she told me to "Be quiet". I said,"Did you tell me to be quiet"? She said, "No, you told me to be quiet"! I know what I heard her say. She then informed me to find another doctor and hung up on me. I then made report to Medicare
