The staff does not care about COVID-19 social distancing. I was in a full waiting room for over an hour with people coughing and sneezing left and right. No temperature check at the door either.

His staff have very bad communication skills, they can’t be in medical field

Dr. Burgos is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care for his patients. The office staff is polite and does their jobs well.

Dr victor is good. He listens and he is quick with his service. I have never regreted been his patient. He moved away from my area but I am hoping to have him check me again once I can book an appointment in his new location..

I waited 2 weeks for a referral to an orthopedic doctor for my broken hand. That referral never came. I eventually had to change my Primary Care Physician to someone who had time to handle their patients requests.

I saw Dr. Burgos for the first time today at the Integrative Medical office in Benbrook. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on reading mixed reviews. My experience was great. He was very personable, easy to talk to, answered my questions, and clearly knew what he was talking about regarding my specific issues. I can’t think of one negative thing to say.

This doctor is inexperenced in dealing with older patients. Such as me, and I'm in my 60s. He has all the answers attiude, but just doesn't know what the question is. He has that 'I'm god syndrome' and the patient is stupid. And he thinks he is 'gracing' you to tell me, what I already know. To much time to convince me that he smart. The man lives in a 'doctors drama' that would be shown on TV. I suggest that gets back in the real world and do some charity work(at a nursing home) with the elderly. After that he might become a real doctor. Like many politicans, he doesn't relate to who pays his way in life.
