I had an appointment with them at 1pm. After getting lost trying to find the place (I was coming from out of town) they never answered the phone. I finally pushed the button for physicians and they answered. I got there at 1:15. They cancelled my appointment. I explained to them that I was lost and that they didn't answer the phone. I was told that I should have left a voicemail. Not sure how leaving a voicemail would have helped me find them lol. I waited for two months to get an appointment with them and was cancelled for 15 minutes?

First visit/consultation. Exceptionally pleasant. I brought him a lot of records and he was interested in everything. He spent a lot of time listening, questioning, and examining me. He ordered extensive labs and role me to return in 6 weeks. He never hurried the visit.

Dr. Byrd has been a life saver. He is very nice and compassionate. Very easy to talk to you. Very up to date and informed on the latest medicines and treatments. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Byrd is a very knowledgeable gentleman and diagnosed me with Eosiniphillic Faciitis several years ago. He has treated me and I am so much better now. This is a chronic disease but he knew exactly what to do to get me on the way to recovery. I owe God first and Dr. Byrd my gratitude for taking care of me.

I love Dr. Byrd. I have been going to him for years. He really cares for his patients and is incredibly devoted to finding the best care plan for each patient. I love that he does not just treat the symptoms, he finds and treats the root of the issue. His staff is wonderful also. I always feel so happy when I leave there....like I just visited with family.

Phone calls for nurse/doctor assistance take a long time to get a return call. Nurse is unsympathetic to the patients needs.

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Byrd!! He has gone above and beyond to help me, not only with my diagnosis but also with my insurance/disability claims!! Dr. Byrd seems to care about me and whats best for me!! I truly am Grateful to have him as my Dr. and I appreciate everything he does for me as his patient! I would recommend this Dr. as a Rheumatologist!! His staff is always very cordial and helpful also! Dr. Byrd/Staff....Thank you!
