Dr Victor DeVilla & his staff we very professional, on time, took the time to hear you, & they were very patient. I was PLEASED He is a very good Dr with a wonderful staff

He changed the numbers on my pump and I got nothing but lows. At the time, he said to let him know if I got lows. I tried to call his office to let him know and to change the numbers back where I was controlling them. Needless to say, I spent the weekend in fear of not waking up. I will put my diabetes in the hands of my primary dr. and deal with De Ville tomorrow, Monday.

Waited 5 months to see this doctor, was looking forward to having him take care of my Type 2 Diabetes progress. First off his nurse was obnoxious, comparing her health with my own, would ask a question and when I tried to answer she would talk over me. Gave her my med list from my pharmacy which was very easily read, with all the details she needed, but was upset because it wasn't in "her" format. Then after having to endure here, here comes the Dr., his first statement to me was, "why are you here to see me?" How insulting, I'm Diabetic and was referred to him that's why I was there to see him, it was a very rude way to tell me my "case" wasn't important enough for "him", he usually sees more serious cases. Gee thanks. Then he did the same as his nurse asked the same questions over and over again, gave the same answers, then had his nurse come back in with a hard copy of what his treatment would be and she had to read/repeat what he said AGAIN, so much time wasted, no wonder it… takes 5 months to see him, I doubt I'll be going back and will let my new MD handle my care, with less hassle and ignorance, in my opinion.

Dr. De Villa is a very kind and thorough doctor. He is an encourager rather that being critical which makes it easy to go back for follow up appointments. If you have stumbled, you leave wanting to try harder, not feeling beaten down. I would highly recommend him!!

A very caring, attentive doctor. He listens and asks questions. So very thankful for him! I rated "ease in getting an appointment" as good only because he is such demand it is tough getting in with him for that first visit.
