Dr. Victor Emmanuel Herry, MD

Dr. Victory Herry has been my doctor for over 20 years. I moved all the way to Ashburn VA but still could not find a doctor to match the services he provided me over the years. So like any other loyal customer I drove the distance , for I knew that my issues and concerns would be taken care. In my personal opinion he's unmatched. Thank you Dr. Herry

The only con I have in over the 15+ years has been the office waiting time (up to 50 min). After getting in to see Dr. Herry, it becomes obvious why you are waiting. He gives every patient their time. He so a listener and advisor. He clearly explains and hears all your justifications from not doing your part. He shares and explains results to you. He refers you to the best Drs in their respective specialties. He is remarkable with my 80 year old Mom who wants to see no one else. She now doesn't even care about waiting. Don't get it wrong, the waiting time has improved considerable to may 25 min. His office staff and nurses are so pleasant. Ann his office Assistant is such a beautiful person and she responds promptly. Staff who have been with him a while know you by name when you come in and great you as such. I'm not an easy grader but Dr. Herry and his Staff are simply Great and they care and it show.

I have been a patient of Dr.Victor Herry's for nearly a year. He is very good doctor with excellent rapport with his patients. The wait time to see the doctor is usually one hour. He either has too many patients, or appointments are being made too close together. Additionally, phones go unanswered for days sometimes, with constant busy signals at both the Oxon Hill and Clinton offices, with no recorded messages for callers. Also, office staff often does not return calls and are slow in responding to requests for drug refills and referrals.

The wait time is often more than an hour because they overbook and will tend to a walk-in before persons with appointments.

Again, great doctor. Wait time totally ridiculous.

Dr. Herry is an excellent physician but it often takes 3 weeks or longer to get an appointment. The wait time is ridiculous...often well over an hour and sometimes 2.5 hours before you can get to an examination room ... then another 30 minutes before he comes in. Don't try walking in because it is even worse. Excellent doctor though. Needs to do something with the time his patients with appointments AND those who walk in very sick have to wait to see him.
