Dr. Victor William Isaac, MD

This is about the office staff and not Dr. Isaac, who put shots in my knee on Thursday, Aug 20. I walked out thinking my regular prescription for pain meds would be faxed to my pharmacy and it was not. You did fax an order for medrol dose-pak so I know someone got my message. I live over 100 miles away and right now I just want to talk to someone who can check this out. So far, all I have been able to do is leave a message I left a message for Amy this morning asking her to please call me. I called back and asked to be connected to Dr. Edwards' voice mail so I could leave a message and again got Amy's voice mail. My only option right now is to try to schedule an appointment to be able to speak to someone. I had given a 5-star rating in the past, but this is becoming ridiculous. I was due to have another prescription filled on Sat. Aug 22 and have had to ration my meds. It is now Mon, Aug 23 and I have just taken my last pill. Dr. Isaac needs to find out why his staff is… ignoring a patient who is not able to contact them to find out what happened.

My doctor sends orders to Dr. Issac and the office always says they never received them. My doctor called his office three weeks ago and set up an appointment for me to have a steroid shot. Today an hour before my appointment Rhonda called and said they didn't know why I was coming in. after some back in forth with my doctor and my doctor calling them I was told I was all set for my appointment. When I showed up, Rhonda said they didn't have an order for my appointment and told my doctor's office it would be two weeks before they could schedule me. I told my doctor to send my orders to Vanderbilt. Don't waste your time with these idiots.

I have been a patient of Dr. Victor Isaac for many year. I prefer going to the Summit Location. Monika & staff are awesome!!!

Dr. Isaac is the best spine Doctor in The Nashville area. He is a very wise Dr. with the best bedside manner. Him and his staff of nurses and Doctors have given me my life back. Never pushy and always willing to leason about my medical issues. A great place to help with pain.

I have known Dr. Victor Isaac for 6 years. I would never take my pain management needs to any other physician. He listens to my needs and is very skilled in his profession. He shows genuine compassion for each patient and their health. The office staff is very friendly and caring. Just the same, all mid-level providers and other medical doctors that work in the practice show the same compassion and respect for their patients. I highly recommend Dr.Isaac and his amazing staff for your pain management needs.

It seems like they give the same medication for any type of pain.I saw a person come in that had a broken hand with extenuating circumstances, they gave him oxycodone 5 mg apap, while another patient came in with fractured spine they also gave him 5mg oxycodone apap and had hepatitis and under no circumstances should this give this man apap, it's a death sentence. This place desperately needs reevaluation. Somebody will get very sick or die. I wouldn't send my dog to issacs.

The staff turn over is unbelievable. I never have same nurse.... There is always new employees when I go.... To me this is a management problem within the practice

Do not go to this clinic and see Sara Sain. She is ride and their information is wrong. I was hurting and they said it was after clinic time and would not talk to me. They discharged me yhen they said to come to an appointment on Thursday if you discharge yhen you cease care. SARA IS RUDE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHAT So ever... She had the nerve to say I was a drug addict I'm no im NOT... needless to say I called Amerigroup and told them about her little rude self.... I have never in my life...
