Dr. Victor Kwok, MD

Very compassionate, kind doctor. He is always able to help and refers me to great specialists when necessary!

He does not appear to make the appropriate specialist referrals nor make follow-up calls regarding pending conditions. For example, rather than referring a patient to a mental health specialist, he has taken it upon himself to assess the mental health capacity of a patient to third parties that have real ramifications upon this patient's current situation and future. This assessment was also made without any further follow-up evaluations of the patient. The patient has also followed up with his office multiple times but the next opening he had was not for another two months per the front desk.

Dr Kwok is attentive to patient, treats patient with compassion, shares with patient on his diagnosis of patient condition and treatment needed. responds patient messages promptly even off hours.

I could not find a better man, a better qualified physician than Dr. Kwok. Majority of practitioners are arrogant, lacks humanity and manner. On the contrary, Dr. Kwok has sense of humanity and humility, respectful, compassionate, listens to you, involves you, gives you his time, diligent, dedicated, knowledgeable professional. He is an exemplary of a physician that all medical providers should learn from how to be a physician rendering care to another human being with decency.

Dr. Kwok was an incredibly caring doctor who took care of my mom in her final days. I was looking for a new doctor for my dad and remembered his name. I'm very bummed to find out he moved away from Hawaii. Wish you all the best Doc!

Dr Kwok is an excellent Dr. Unfortunately he has a horrible office staff that makes Dr Kwok look really bad. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. No patient care at all!!!
