I Stood at the receptionist window for 20 minutes while the receptionist ate her lunch. After 5 minutes of being ignored I called the office. She proceeded to roll her chair to the reception window, hung up the phone looked at me and went back to eating. When she finished eating she disappeared from the room for an additional 10 minutes. I can only assume she didn’t think I could see her through the Mirrored window..

I tried to get an appointment after moving up here from New Jersey one morning after suffering all night with muscle spasm from a pulled muscleâ?¦ I was 'not allowed' to come in, I called crying at 6 am begging for an appointment,. as it was a brutal winter on the mountain, and I could not get to my NJ doctor.. I was told no, as I 'wasn't a patient'' . I told her I would like to be a new patient, but was scolded for not inquiring about being a patient when I first moved out here !! ??? I am healthy and just moved to the area 6 months ago and was busy moving in !! CRAZY. The lady let me cry and suffer and refused to allow me to come in to see the doctor. Extremely disappointed as I am in Bear Creek Lake and it would have been so convenient. . now i'm stuck with St. Lukes, which I must admit is great, can walk in anytime.

Victor is an excellent physician. He doesn't" pull any punches" and he tells you like it is. He has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anybody that is in need of a great doctor.

The people he has working at his front desk need to work on their people skills. It is very unprofessional to leave someone on hold for 10 minutes without even asking them what the call is in reference to. I waited 10 minutes for someone to get back on the phone and I only needed a phone number.
