A monster! He and his NPs lie like rugs! Callous & indifferent! His "Neighborhood" program is a SCAM! He should not be able to practice medicine in the state of Nevada! Or anywhere else! One wonders how many of his patients have died due to his negligence.

If you're interested in being spoke to like a child, then I would recommend you see this physician. He approaches his patients and staff in a condescending manner. He is not up-to-date on medicine and his little "Neighborhood" program is so dysfunctional and disorganized that you're better off seeing any other primary physician in town. He is unwilling to discuss options and if you disagree or question him he becomes very defensive. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration with dealing with him and his staff.

If you were looking for a compassionate and understanding doctor then do not choose this man. In the few years that I have seen him because my insurance has bound me to this person and his practice, I don’t even think I’ve seen him smile. Don’t if you can help it

Should not be a Sr. Dimensions PCP. Could care less about how bad you hurt or feel. Office "e-portal" is a joke. 2 visits were plenty for me. I changed over to a human.

This man is in the wrong profession. Dismissive, arrogant, seemed disgusted that someone would ask a question & waste his time. He said "if I don't mention something from your blood lab work, then you don't need to know". Left exam room without me even realizing he was done with me. He was MEAN, refused to listen, talked over you (or just ignored) when very necessary medical history was discussed (very disgusted that a person would even make an attempt!), patients are nothing to him - just irritating THINGS he has to put up with. A nasty, ugly, uncaring, sarcastic man - when I tried to ask him the reason for REPEATED tests he said "you will do what I say, go thru whatever tests I order, or you can go somewhere else". They took my original medical files (YEARS of information from my prior doctor who retired & left state), saying after scanning they would be returned, an outright lie - they will not release them now. My husband was treated the same way & we are looking for another… primary care doctor. Having an extensive medical history, starting in childhood, I have seen many many doctors - for almost 70 years - and have never been treated with such a lack of respect. If he had spit on me, it would not have surprised me. No respect, no compassion, but lots of disgust at being bothered.

Suggestion: Make more eye contact with your patients, not your computer.

I have been with Dr. Muro for many years. I have my health checked quarterly for all of my vitals. In a word, he is excellent. He spends time, is not in a hurry and a pleasure to have him be my Doctor. He is moving his practice and I am following him
