Dr. Victor Emmanuel Payton, MD

Our kids had Dr. Payton as the pediatrician for many years. He is attentive and professional in patient care and very cordial at patient's relations. He will go extra miles to make the kids and the parents life much easier. He even provided upfront anticipated medical needs when we travelled to Africa (Kenya). We are very thankful that Dr. Payton was our Kids Pediatrician.

Dr. Payton was an excellent doctor. He was my Pedetrician and when my son was born I had to make sure that he also was my son pediatrician. I am sad that he had to leave due to health problems and is no longer practicing. Dr. Payton had great bed side manners and took his time with my son. The best part about his office was if my son was sick he would work him in. There was never a time that he couldn't work him in. I really liked that about him. His office staff could of used some help on Empathy and smiling, but other than that I LOVED him.

I have used Dr. Payton for almost 11 years with my children. He is such a caring and outstanding Doctor, He really cares about his patients, he always calls me once or twice a day for a few days after my son has been really sick. He has shown us that he really cares and treats his patients as his own. We love Dr. Payton.

Dr. Payton has really taken the time to not only understand and address my concerns as a parent but has gone out of the way to follow up on my son's progress as we navigated two months of illness. His office staff has been very courtsious and helpful as well. Overall, we've been very happy with the experience.

Dr. Payton has been our Pediatrician for 26 years.He was my husbands Pediatrician now he takes care of my kids. We LOVE him. He takes time to explain things when we don't understand. He will run test until he finds an answer. He is not quick to over use antibiotics. If my kids are sick and we see him in the office he will call later and make sure they are improving. I recommend him to everyone. There is not another Doctor like him. He is the BEST!!!

We LOVE Dr.Payton! He is very up front, and would rather run tests when he is uncertian, than hand out perscriptions. When my son came in sick on a Firday, he called on Sunday to check on us! I couldn't be happier!

We have been taking our children to Dr. Payton for 7 years and we absolutely love him! He is not a super extrovert, parent pleaser who asks you who you are rooting for in the Super Bowl, but he is extremely sensitive to the childrens' sense of privacy and nervousness. He is open to discussion about alternative medicinal treatments, has plenty of information available for parents to read about immunizations and he always calls us after hours and on his own time to check on our kids when they have been sick. I would absolutely recommend him as a pediatrician!

Staff and doctor have no bed side manner, really rude and didn't take the time to be patient with a screaming toddler that was clearly afraid of needles. I was given basically a lesson on parenting and discipline, because my child was uncontrollable when given a shot. Then to make a hard situation worse I could hear staff comments through the paper thin examine room doors and I was needless to say more than irritated. I'll never go back and long story short... bad bedside manner, and all around unprofessional patient interaction. This IS a pediatrician right? they should be able to deal with toddlers and take the time to do their job.
