Great doctor

After interviewing many doctors each one with a different approach for my treatment, I was so very relieved to meet Dr.Priego who was extremely compassionate and had a medical treatment plan which we felt comfortable about. We began immediately. Dr Priego and his entire staff are extremely caring and experienced. We are so happy to have met him and have him for our doctor.

Dr. Victor Priego has bragged that he was not a doctor with the brains. He always stated he was the compassionate doctor which he has proven is not the case. He lacks the ability and confidence to ever meet with the patient to discuss their condition. Instead, the physician assistant takes on the role of the doctor in his office. My experience shows he lacks the knowledge, compassion and the strength and courage to confront a situation. Dr. Priego is always in vacation mode. Every other week he is onto a new and exotic destination outside the country. Dr. Priego should pursue a journey with Dorothy, the scarecrow (the character without a brain), the tin man (the character without a heart) and the lion (the character without courage) to visit the Wizard of Oz to see if he could help him since he lacks all three of these components.

I was diagnosed with CML at age 28. Dr. Priego suggested I start taking the pill Glivec daily. My blood count tests became normal after just one year of being under the medication. I was cancer free for two years when I decided to stop my medication. It was a risk I was willing to take. I’m happy to say that I’ve been cancer free for 10 years now and living my normal life. Dr. Priego was a good doctor for me. He is very knowledgeable but you need to ask questions when you see him if you want him to share his knowledge with you. My first signs of CML for visiting Dr. Priego was constant colds, loss of voice, fatigue, weight loss, skin rash, general depression and slightly elevated white blood cell counts! I knew something was wrong but I just didn’t know what until Dr. Priego performed a bone marrow test and detected the Philadelphia chromosome in my lab results. He diagnosed me very quickly and started my treatment immediately. Thank you Dr. Priego.
