Dr. Victor Medina Seralde, MD

Patients in waiting room “nodding” out. Whispering to each other about what pain medication and how much they can “score” from Dr Seralde. Wait times can exceed 3 hours. Hooks patients on pain killers/narcotics and refuses to accept responsibility at any point. Avoid this office and the Commerce Ave office, run by his incompetent brother.

I have visited Dr Seralde a number of times in the past. I like the doctor very much, However, the staff if totally intentionally deaf. This review is written all about the staff. Today they treated me in a completely RUDE manner for no reason other they forgot to check there answering machine to see that I had called in at 8:30 to request an appointment for 2p.m. Not one person in the office, including the Doctor seemed to care no did anyone apologize. Not sure if I'm going to return . ????

Rude ..will not comment to a rounding time so members of an elder patient can be presrnt. Rude to staff when calling him. Over rides surgeons orders without explanations. Not interested in the complete heath history of pt.
