Not sure what's going on now my father had an appointment with him it's been a month we've been trying to call the office seems number is disconnected.

Take a little long to take you in once you arrive at the appointment but he’s an excellent doctor. Worth the wait

Dr is great however the new office person is terrible. I have called 3 times as my medication was getting low and have not received a return call. I am now out of medication which is really bad and called again with no response. No one ever answers the phone. You have to leave a recorded message that I can only surmise no one listens to or can't handle the job.

Seeing this man was a horrible experience. First, he was so difficult to get in contact with! His receptionist would never answer the phone. In my previous appointment, the receptionist was actually gone for an entire hour and a half, which explains the difficulty getting anyone on the phone. I delayed treatment for at least 2-3months because I could not get in contact with this office. I would leave a voicemail and they would never call back. I only ever got an appointment because a contact intervened. I recently had a question, but of course could not get anyone to answer the phone. It gets worse. This doctor is always an hour late—usually an hour and a half. I have NEVER waited less than an hour for an appointment with him. I am not kidding when I say that I can arrive a half hour late and he has still not seen the two patients before me. Having been seeing him for quite some time now, I decided to stop showing up by the official appointment time. After all, it’s not like he uses… a computer system that deletes you when you arrive late or anything—they literally print out a paper with a list and the receptionist periodically updates him. Unfortunately, he has such little respect for his patient’s time that he will not accept a “late” arrival. Today, I arrived a half hour late and—as predicted—there were still two patients before me. I was checked in, anyway. What I did not know was that since I did not arrive by the official time, they would push me until after he saw EVERY other patient before me. That is, if he was even going to see me at all. I did not find out about this until he saw the last patient. I left. It was too disrespectful. This office is ridiculous. This doctor cannot hold himself to the standards that he sets his patients to. He forbids his patients to adjust to his schedule. He prefers his patients to sit there for an hour and a half rather than save themselves a half hour. Again, this is not by computer system so there is no technical reason why he has these rules for his patients. No one, absolutely no one, was affected by my tardiness. But people in positions of authority can do whatever they want. This doctor had nohing to lose—rather, he gained leaving 45 minutes earlier on a Friday evening. (Perhaps that was the goal?) I could never recommend this place to anyone. I did not hesitate to finally leave because I had gained nothing from my sessions with him, anyway. I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful this man is. Please, save yourselves the trouble.

I was a patient of Dr. Tirado for about a year. Wait times were terrible, and when I finally saw him, he was like a robot with his questions. Don't get me started on his receptionist. I'd be amazed if she's still there. Sat in the waiting room while she called in refill prescriptions. I could hear every word. I walked out and never returned. If you'd like your medication history broadcast to everyone in the waiting room, this is the place to go. They should lose their license for privacy violations.

Please do NOT waste your time with this “doctor. ” He is careless and lethargic. Won’t even pretend to form a connection with the patients. Also, the waiting time is usually an hour AFTER your scheduled appointment. The receptionist is beyond rude and could careless about getting in touch with patients.

Was referred to him by my PCP. He's got zero personality and displays no empathy. Strictly a clinician. He appears to know his stuff but you could fill out a checklist and get the same response. His secretary is just plain obnoxious. Call before every appointment because she has the most inane paper list on a clipboard. Better yet, try another practice.
