People at the front desk are rude. They need to hire employees with people skills because they are creating a bad image of the office and Dr. Villalobos.

Poor customer service, It does Dr. Villalobos and Dr. Gomez an injustice. The workers say they leave you messages for rescheduling appointments and they don’t. They need training of how to use their customer service skills.

I have bee his patient for a long time. its time for me to move on. It's not anymore the service that he used to have, now is all about money, if you call for something after your appt they won't give you the information. You have to make another appointment . If the forget to give you a refill for one of your medications ,and you call back sorry you have to make another appointment. You never have the chance to talk to Dr. Villalobos always a practitioner, which is ok,as long as you see a new one, because the older ones are now well trained on what the doctor wants. Front desk is not customer friendly and disorganized. Phone reps. calling with medical information are rude and ill-informed. The music while your waiting is at times vulgar and too loud. (I have complained and see no change). Dr. V seems to have taken on too many patients; he is confused as to my status and what needs to happen next: all the time holding my personal file. Been here too long, time to move on. (other Dr's seem to be good)

The worst clinics in el paso you go for a physical and they do extra exams without your consent .

Didn't bother to take the time to call my insurance and check if it is in network instead they turn around and deny me right there and then...

Front desk girls horrible service! They are rude and obviously don't know their job... They need training or need new front desk with better costumer service!

Dr.Ameida is the best he gives you all of your attention. Only thing is that front desk girls need more customer service experience and be caring of patient needs. Need experience in speaking to people on phone But once your in the back everyone else is very helpful

My husband my children and many of my extended family have been patients for over 20 years....he is one of the most caring and ethical care givers I have ever encountered. Excellent bedside manners...and very good care of us on all ourf healthcare needs. I highly recommend him

I chose not to get an appointment whit them because of the negative attitude of the lady who answer the phone.
