Very thorough and courteous

Dr. Wang probably saved my life. When I was referred to him, I was a very sick woman, having experienced severe gastro-intestinal symptoms for more than a month, weight loss, and weakness. Bloodwork revealed that my red blood cell count was dangerously low and I was suffering from malnutrition. Dr. Wang ran an extensive battery of tests and called me at home with the results: I had Celiac Sprue. A lifetime of retarded growth, reproductive problems, bone loss, and strangely low HDL were resolved with one diagnosis. Within six days, my intestinal symptoms has disappeared; within six months the anemia was gone and my red blood cell count was in the normal range for the first time in forty years. Within two years, my bones began to improve and my HDL was normal. Twenty years previously, I was admitted to a major teaching hospital and submitted to every test they could think of to ascertain the cause of my anemia and ill-health. No results. No one had ever questioned my symptoms in an… intelligent and collective manner. Thank you, Dr. Wang; you gave me a new life of health and energy in my 60's!

Great doctor. He is thorough, listens carefully, and also understands insurance limitations. I switched to him from someone else, and I'm glad I did. The office staff is friendly and helpful.Dr. Wang also provides a written summary of the appointment at the end of the appointment. I find that extemely helpful and wish more physicians would that, too.Wait time in the waiting room or the exam room isn't long at all. The practice strikes me as being very efficient and respectful of patients' time.
