Dr. Victor Aaron Zachian, MD

From my first contact to my final prescription, going to this DR has been a NIGHTMARE! For starters, I was referred to him by my general physician as a specialist. I had an URGENT issue and could not get my schedule until 7 weeks out (even though he said he would be available at "ANYTIME in the next 2 weeks". (HIS NURSES AND COORDINATORS IN THAT OFFICE ARE SO RUDE!). I called a week after my first appt letting the know this issue had reared its head again and he was on a two week vacation. Then I finally went to see him, he COULD NOT IDENTIFY AN OBVIOUS ISSUE that was there bc he wanted to do a FULL EXAM (which is quite uncomfortable, and embarrassing, and he will ALWAYS ask a nurse to be in the room with him while he's giving you a FULL EXAM of whatever the issue might be. He then was so nonchalant and seemed to not believe me or care and just say he would let me know- THIS IS WEEK 6 with this same issue and he sent me home with NOTHING. Finally he received my very obvious test… results and only sent in ONE refill. If anyone else is afflicted with this illness, they know it comes up all the time, random, times, or even getting off of any medication! GO TO PENN MEDICINE RADNOR, Dr. Hillman and Rainsville ARE MUCH BETTER FEMALE DRS! THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MEDS YOU NEEED AT ANY TIME AND WILL PUT IN AT LEAST 3 REFILLS FOR ONE PRESCRIPTION IF THEY KNOW YOU ARE PRONE TO THIS AS I AM. I am now on WEEK 19 with the SAME issue and of course again he is OUT of the office AGAIN. The employees in that office are SO RUDE AND I am SO DONE with this office. I kNOW why the phone agent asked me multiple times if I was SURE I wanted HIM to be my GYN. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY! YOUR SEXUAL HEALTH IS WAY TOO IMPORTANT AND THESE ISSUES SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH!!!

I was sent to this physician by a lawyer for a medical opinion (very apprehensively, as it was something I didn’t want to do in the first place but it was suggested by Physicians and people in the healthcare field that I know). Apparently he does not do medical opinions anymore forever r malpractice claims which he told me when I saw him. He was kind to my face, but then he then wrote a degrading note in my medical chart making it seem like I am a sue happy crazy person when really I was just doing what I was told by a lawyer. Examples- “she cried at various times because her request could not be honored”, “She indicated that she did not understand and it took two additional attempts to make it clear to her”, “She then alleged...” and worse. Actually, I understood completely- sorry I was confused and disappointed with the poor communication on his end, the lawyers end, and the offices end and wondered how I had gotten that far into the appointment before I was told he no longer did… medical malpractice claims. I mentioned it several times when scheduling the appointment. I recently reviewed all of my records for the first time, and I cannot believe what he wrote in my chart, which will be in there forever. It is not the patients fault that you did not communicate this clearly with the lawyer you had a partnership with. In the future, please be a bit more empathetic when someone is a bit upset when an appointment that they took off a day of graduate school for (to drive 3 hours for something they already were apprehensive about doing on a subject that is already extremely sensitive to them) ends up being a waste of time.

Dr Zachian made me feel really comfortable. He addressed all my concerns in just that one visit. Truly a great Dr.

He takes time with you, is patient, understanding and knowledgable.

This doctor was truly remarkable. I had been misdiagnosed and was on medicine treating the wrong thing and it was making me ill. Dr. Zachian took a long time to sit with me and evaluate my history and medical issues very concisely. It meant a lot to me to get a correct diagnosis. He was very personable and put you completely at east. I highly, highly recommend this doctor!!

Kind and Caring Doctor who really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I felt at ease with his confidence and his empathy for my concerns. He's a stand out in his field!

The appointment was necessary for my daughter who is a young teen, and her first time to see a gynecologist. He made her feel extremely comfortable and talked to her at her level so that she completely understood. Will definitely be going back to him if/when needed!

Great. Way better than Dr. Parrott. He was friendly and funny. He seemed to really care and didnt make me feel silly for having concerns even though nothing was actually wrong with me.

He is one in million!! He gives his patients the utmost attention and care.
